Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide day-to-day guidance, technical support, and mentorship to Implementation Engineers.
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and career development conversations.
- Identify training needs and assist in upskilling the team with relevant tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Lead team standups, retrospectives, and process refinement meetings to encourage collaboration and continuous improvement.
Technical Oversight
- Review and ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of implementation deliverables across the team.
- Step in on complex technical tasks or escalations that require deeper experience or coordination with Product/Dev.
- Stay current with Trufla’s evolving product offerings to guide implementation strategies accordingly.
Client Project Support
- Support Implementation Coordinators and PMs in planning and scoping technically complex onboarding efforts.
- Act as a senior technical advisor in kickoff meetings and onboarding discussions where required.
- Ensure technical blockers are resolved quickly through coordination with internal teams or escalation.
Process Optimization
- Champion improvements in implementation tooling, templates, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify trends in implementation challenges and proactively address root causes with internal teams.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering to advocate for implementation needs in roadmap discussions.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Oversee the creation and upkeep of technical documentation, best practices, and internal knowledge bases.
- Encourage and review knowledge contributions from the team to build a culture of documentation and sharing.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Proficiency
- 3+ years’ experience in a technical implementation, software engineering, or similar role.
- Proven ability to work hands-on with:
- MySQL, Django, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React
- NodeJS, Linux OS, Shell scripting
- Familiarity with:
- JIRA, AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
- Apple Developer Console / Google Play Console
Leadership & Communication
- 1+ years of experience mentoring team members or leading small technical teams.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication.
