This strategic leadership role will guide cross-functional project teams to deliver innovative platform capabilities and products that support enterprise goals. The Associate Director will ensure project alignment with business objectives, champion DevOps governance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Leaders supporting product and platform implementation initiatives</li><li>Provide strategic leadership in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex product and platform enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.</li><li>Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, readiness milestones, and defined key performance indicators</li><li>Oversee the development, management, and continuous optimization of integrated project plans, schedules, and resource strategies to ensure timely, on-scope delivery of high-impact initiatives.</li><li>Establish and oversee governance frameworks and best practices for platform and product enablement, ensuring compliance with Humana’s security, regulatory, and quality standards</li><li>Proactively monitor project performance, identify and mitigate risks, and deliver clear, strategic communications on status, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.</li><li>Drive a culture of continuous improvement and high performance by promoting collaboration, transparency, and accountability.</li></ul><h1> Use your skills to make an impact  </h1>Required Qualifications<ul><li>7+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in technology, product development, or platform enablement.</li><li>Demonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and teams.</li><li>Strong understanding of governance frameworks and platform management.</li><li>Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li><h3>Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.</h3></li><li><h3>Master’s degree preferred.</h3></li><li><h3>Proven leadership experience managing teams of five or more.</h3></li><li><h3>PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications.</h3></li><li><h3>Experience in healthcare, insurance, or highly regulated industries.</h3></li></ul><h2></h2>Additional InformationWork-At-Home Requirements:<ul><li>WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.
