Essential Functions:<ul><li>Develop and maintain project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Facilitate decision-making and problem-solving strategies, supporting team members and stakeholders as needed.</li><li>Conduct scenario planning and support business case preparation for projects within the PMO.</li><li>Maintain consistent meeting management and communication protocols, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment among stakeholders.</li><li>Identify project objectives and milestones, track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.</li><li>Assist in developing and sustaining effective project management processes within the PMO.</li><li>Collaborate with global teams on improvement initiatives and other cross-functional projects.</li><li>Champion cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic decision making.</li><li>Drive communication and build relationships with cross-functional partners.</li><li>Embrace negotiation tactics to find business critical solutions in a timely manner.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design, structure, and lead projects.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelors degree required</li><li>Minimum of five (5) years of relevant industry experience in project management or related fields</li><li>Proficiency in project management practices and tools</li><li>Relevant project management certifications</li><li>Familiarity with oncology or biotech environments</li><li>Experience with small/startup work environments and interfacing with external partners.</li><li>Commercial launch experience.</li></ul>The U.S. target annual salary range for this remote, full-time, position is currently set at ($172,000-$185,000). The actual base salary offered for this role will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, market factors, experience and considering internal equity. In addition, to the base salary, CG Oncology offers a very attractive set of Total Rewards (including bonus and equity) and Well-Being Benefits provided as part of the overall compensation package for this role.
