Senior Commercial Analytics Manager Full Time, Permanent London EC2A About the role: We’re looking for a talented and strategic Senior Commercial Analytics Manager to lead our UK-based Commercial Analytics team. This role will help drive the ambitious commercial plans for the UK’s largest meal-kit in 2025 and beyond. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage a team of three analysts working as key analytics thought partners to cross-functional stakeholders across Strategy, Retention, Marketing, Product, and Finance domains. Reporting into the Director of Business Operations, you’ll play a central role in shaping the centralised Commercial Analytics function -  defining the agenda, evolving team routines and tooling, and embedding best practices to scale insight-led decision-making. Your team will use advanced analytics tools and platforms to support a wide range of critical business initiatives, from marketing campaign performance and product investment to retention strategy and customer experience. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach and develop your team while unlocking the insights that fuel growth, efficiency, and smarter decisions across the business.
