The Senior Manager will partner closely with Product, Risk, Marketing, Finance and technology to deliver lending solutions that meet customer needs while driving balanced economics.This role represents a unique opportunity to leverage applied quantitative experience to directly shape strategy across revolving, installment, and emerging lending products. The ideal candidate will bring a unique balance of technical skills combined with a strategic mindset and the ability to communicate effectively.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop advanced analytics, segmentation frameworks, and forecasting tools to understand customer behaviors and trends in key business metrics, e.g. ADB, AR, etc.</li><li>Partner with Product Management, Product Development Marketing, and Finance to provide analytical input to decisions and evaluate the performance of the commercial lending portfolio</li><li>Perform ad hoc analyses to identify trends, understand performance drivers, and unlock growth opportunities</li><li>Lead creation of automated lending data assets and development of self-service dashboards to monitor lending portfolio performance</li><li>Serve as subject matter expert for lending data sources and metrics</li><li>Translate complex data into actionable business insights that inform product and portfolio decisions</li><li>Effectively prioritize demands for data, ad hoc analytics, and reporting from multiple stakeholders, shifting focus as necessary to ensure alignment with business priorities</li><li>Lead 2+ high-performing analysts with a high focus on engagement and development</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Relevant professional experience including extensive experience in hands-on analytical role(s) defining and tracking key business metrics, performing deep-dive analyses, and influencing business strategies; Lending, card products, or portfolio analytics experience is a plus.</li><li>Extensive experience using cloud-based analytical tools, querying languages, and visualization software (e.g., SQL, Python, Databricks, Tableau)</li><li>Strong analytical skills and an innovative approach to solving practical problems</li><li>Proven track record effectively managing priorities, presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences, and independently leading end-to-end analytical projects</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and analytics-driven findings to non-technical stakeholders, and to explain business processes, concepts, and issues to technical resources</li><li>Strong curiosity and initiative in tackling complex business analysis; dives deeply into the data, relentlessly pursues its meaning, and how these insights can drive business performance</li><li>Good understanding of lending mechanics and economics of lending.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degrees in a quantitative field (e.g. statistics, engineering, math, science, economics, etc.) preferred</li></ul> We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
