You will be immersed in a fast-paced and high-performing environment from day one.</p> <h2><strong>You will…</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns from concept to completion </strong>across multiple online channels, with a strong focus on SEM (Google, Bing), Affiliate and Display.</li> <li><strong>Handle the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid search campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, budget allocation, A/B testing across all dimensions (creatives, landing pages, etc).</strong></li> <li><strong>Manage and grow affiliate program </strong>across different types of partners.</li> <li><strong>Drive affiliate strategy</strong> &amp; execution: partner mix optimization, pricing and offer approach, asset production and campaign management.</li> <li><strong>Scout for new opportunities</strong>, support testing and development of new channels.</li> <li><strong>Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance, driving improvements in micro &amp; macro KPIs, optimizing towards ROI and growth targets.</strong></li> <li><strong>Own campaign performance reporting and analysis, providing actionable insights, highlighting key trends, and identifying strategic opportunities.</strong></li> <li><strong>Support implementation of automation</strong> solutions.</li> <li><strong>Manage relationships with external vendors and partners</strong> to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of campaigns.</li> <li><strong>Own campaign performance reporting and analysis</strong>, provide actionable insights, highlighting key trends, and identifying strategic opportunities.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>You are...</strong></h2> <ul> <li>A seasoned marketing professional with a deep passion for performance marketing channels</li> <li>A highly pragmatic, inquisitive, geared to action individual</li> <li>A natural collaborator</li> <li>Highly creative, with a proven ability to conceptualize and bring to life new themes and concepts</li> <li>Data-native, an expert in A/B tests</li> <li>A strategic thinker, able to break down big initiatives into smaller milestones and work methodologically to reach your goals</li> </ul> <h2><strong>At a minimum, you have...</strong></h2> <ul> <li>BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field with a strong academic record</li> <li>3+ years of marketing experience, ideally with some experience in the subscription space</li> <li>Extensive hands-on experience managing SEM and Affiliate campaigns from concept to execution</li> <li>Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills</li> <li>A track record of successfully operating and optimizing channels at scale</li> <li>Superior time management, organizational, and project management skills</li> <li>High proficiency in Google Ads Manager &amp; Google Analytics</li> <li>Experience in Commission Junction is a plus</li> <li>Basic proficiency in SQL.
