We believe in the value and benefits we bring to our client’s businesses - and ultimately, to their patients. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>WHAT YOU’LL DO AT H1</b></div><div><b>- Own the marketing vision</b><span>: Architect and execute a strategic marketing roadmap that supports H1s business objectives and revenue goals, with a strong emphasis on product marketing, narrative development, and brand positioning.</span></div><div><b>- Lead Product Marketing</b><span>: Translate technical features into customer-centric messaging. Work across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive go-to-market success and position H1 as a must-have solution for technical buyers.</span></div><div><b>- Build the brand</b><span>:Develop and evolve H1s brand strategy. Strengthen our market credibility through content, storytelling, partnerships, and third-party validation.</span></div><div><b>- Scale the team</b><span>: Build, lead, and develop a high-impact marketing organization. Set the bar for performance while fostering a culture of creativity, curiosity, and accountability.</span></div><div><b>- Drive pipeline and demand</b><span>: Own how marketing supports revenue—from campaigns to content to ABM strategies. Partner closely with sales leadership to generate and accelerate pipeline.</span></div><div><b>- Measure what matters</b><span>: Define and track KPIs to assess marketing effectiveness. Use data to continuously optimize programs, channels, and spend.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b><span>ABOUT YOU</span></b></div><div><b>- You’ve done this before</b><span>: You’ve led marketing at a B2B SaaS company through a period of intense growth (ideally from early stage to &gt;$50M ARR), or you’ve been the right-hand to the CMO and are now ready to lead.</span></div><div><b>- You are a product marketer at heart</b><span>: You love distilling technical complexity into differentiated value. You know what makes a great launch, and how to activate buyers.</span></div><div><b>- You’re a scrappy, resourceful builder</b><span>: You know how to get things done in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.
