As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will lead and optimize Guild’s centralized cloud infrastructure, automation frameworks, and operational reliability. You will be responsible for both collaborating with engineering squads to improve DevOps adoption and owning the core infrastructure and operational platforms that power Guild’s AWS environments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and security frameworks. This role requires deep expertise in AWS, infrastructure as code (AWS CDK, CloudFormation), automation, and security, as well as a strong ability to partner with development teams to enhance deployment workflows and reduce operational friction. All salary ranges are standardized nationwide and will not vary by region. This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $150,000 - $188,600 and stock options.
