In this role, you’ll work closely with developers to deeply understand the complexities of features and build robust automated tests that support our in-sprint development efforts. You’ll also contribute to and improve our automation frameworks, ensuring our testing approach scales with our product. Beyond test creation, youll support the team’s CI/CD efforts by integrating API tests into our pipelines and ensuring our test suites run efficiently across multiple environments.</span></div><h3>Technologies we use:</h3><ul><li>Cypress.io for web</li><li>Languages: Javascript, Typescript, Kotlin</li><li>EspressoUI, XCUITest for mobile</li><li>Jest, JUnit5, k6.io, Postman for backend testing</li><li>Frontend: React, Redux, Swift, Kotlin</li><li>REST, gRPC, graphQL</li><li>AWS</li><li>MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis</li></ul><h3>Your day-to-day:</h3><ul><li>You will be building and maintaining automated tests at the integration and e2e level; coding in multiple languages (Java, Javascript, Kotlin, Swift) to support high inter sprint coverage</li><li>You will be coding in multiple languages (Javascript, Kotlin, Swift) to support high inter print test coverage</li><li>Writing out Github actions to run as part of the development pipeline </li><li>Determining team needs and gaps in existing automation tooling, and acting on these gaps proactively to address quality gaps on the team</li><li>Owning testing metrics along with the Engineering Manager to identify gaps and roll up the quality view to a team level </li><li>Partner with Product and Quality Engineers to translate user stories and requirements into automated test cases</li></ul><h3>What you’ll bring to the team:</h3><ul><li>5+ years of hands-on experience in Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) roles</li><li>You will be proactive and resourceful. The total compensation package for this position will also include a discretionary performance bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more.
