Youll serve as the operational backbone for the Brand team — driving clarity, accountability, and momentum from project kickoff through final delivery. As the strategic executor who bridges creative vision and operational excellence, youll partner closely with creative leadership to transform big ideas into actionable plans while managing cross-functional teams, timelines, and deliverables with precision.</span></div><h3>Your day-to-day:</h3><ul><li>Act as executional partner to creative and strategy leads, translating high-level objectives into actionable project plans for both in-house creative and external production.</li><li>Oversee pre-production and post-production processes both internally and with external agencies and or partnerships.</li><li>Lead end-to-end project management across multiple creative workstreams, from initial scoping through final delivery, acting as an executional partner to creative and strategy leads.</li><li>Develop comprehensive project timelines, tracking key milestones and dependencies to ensure on-time completion. Youre detailed-oriented, organized, and accountable to yourself and others.</li><li>Maintain and refine project management systems, developing new resources and processes to continuously improve creative operations, building systems and leaning on ai automation when needed.</li><li>Manage stakeholder expectations and feedback cycles while maintaining creative integrity, and holding team members accountable. The total compensation package for this position will also include a discretionary performance bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more.
