You’ll be the link between marketing strategy and creative execution: turning campaign ideas into clear, actionable briefs, helping craft strong messages before pixels, and ensuring the studio delivers high-quality, on-brand assets — fast and effectively.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>You are not a designer. But you understand what makes a message click, what makes a layout work, and what a creative team needs to do their best work.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Your Responsibilities</b></div><div><br /></div><div><span>1. Creative Brief &amp; Messaging Partner :</span></div><div><span>- Translate campaign goals into </span><b>message-first creative briefs</b><span> that are clear, short, sharp.</span></div><div><span>- Partner with Demand Gen and Campaign Managers to </span><b>craft headlines, hooks, CTAs</b><span>, and angles — especially for ads, landing pages, and social.</span></div><div><span>- Be the </span><b>guardian of the brief</b><span>: refuse vague requests, push for clarity, sharpen objectives and identify key stakeholders for each project (RACI).</span></div><div><b>- Understand the product</b><span> and its value proposition to craft accurate and impactful assets.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>2. Creative Production &amp; Planning :</span></div><div><span>- Own the </span><b>studio project pipeline</b><span>: from request to delivery across Brand design/Video and prioritization within a fast moving context.</span></div><div><span>- Plan creative sprints with internal and freelance talents, managing deadlines and priorities.</span></div><div><span>- Track progress, unblock issues, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.</span></div><div><span>- Oversee content hosting on platforms such as YouTube and the company website.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>3. Studio Workflow Optimization: </span></div><div><span>- Improve and formalize creative workflows (briefing, reviews, feedback loops, versioning).</span></div><div><span>- Implement tools and rituals (e.g. sprint board, retro, async reviews) that make the team faster and happier.</span></div><div><span>- Manage multi locales delivery with an efficient production process</span></div><div><span>- Organize and maintain creative database to share with other teams a fast evolving assets library</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>4. Asset Quality &amp; Brand Consistency :</span></div><div><span>- Review creative output for clarity, relevance, consistency with brand tone and visuals.</span></div><div><span>- Provide first-line QA: is the message sharp? Is the CTA strong? Does it reflect the Treasury Powerhouse position?</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>5. Internal Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Management :</span></div><div><span>- Be the main point of contact between marketing teams and the studio.</span></div><div><span>- Help prioritize tasks when everything is urgent.</span></div><div><span>- Educate internal teams on how to work with the studio and improve creative requests.</span></div><h3>Your Skills</h3><ul><li>Experience in a <b>creative operations, brand production, or studio role</b> (agency or in-house) - 3 years mini.</li><li>Strong passion for Brand Marketing, including Brand Design, Video, and Communication</li><li>Excellent writing and editing skills: <b>you know how to write a headline, not just manage the process</b></li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking — you <b>bring structure to chaos</b></li><li>Deep understanding of <b>creative workflows</b> (especially in B2B SaaS or brand/campaign teams)</li><li>Confidence to push back, challenge, and <b>say no to bad briefs</b></li><li>Proficiency in tools like Asana, Notion, Google Suite, Adobe Suite</li><li>Figma mastery</li><li>English fluent</li></ul>
