In this role, youll align our compensation programs with company goals while ensuring an exceptional experience for our team members across all levels of the organization.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong>  </p> <ul> <li><strong>Partner across the organization</strong> to educate leaders and employees on compensation philosophy, programs, and processes</li> <li><strong>Provide strategic compensation guidance</strong> through data analysis, market benchmarking, and actionable compensation recommendations</li> <li><strong>Own and execute key compensation initiatives</strong> including merit and promotion cycles and equity programs</li> <li><strong>Serve as a trusted advisor</strong> to business leaders on compensation matters, demonstrating deep expertise and sound judgment by providing recommendations on new hires, promotions and lateral transfers</li> <li><strong>Maintain and evolve our job architecture</strong> to support organizational needs and ensure internal equity across a global workforce</li> <li><strong>Analyze compensation data and trends</strong> to identify opportunities for program improvements and policy updates</li> <li><strong>Ensure global compliance</strong> with compensation regulations across 60+ countries</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>10+ years of compensation experience</strong> with a focus on global programs, preferably in high-growth technology companies</li> <li><strong>Proven track record</strong> partnering with senior business leaders and HR teams to solve complex compensation challenges</li> <li><strong>Experience in public company environments</strong>, including scaling compensation programs through rapid growth phases</li> <li><strong>Strong analytical and modeling skills</strong> with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences along with strong attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li><strong>Excellent communication skills</strong> (written and verbal) with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels</li> <li><strong>Alignment with our company values</strong> and commitment to operating with integrity</li> <li><strong>Helpful to have:</strong> Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite environment</li> </ul><div><div><div><p><em><span>The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only.
