This role will assist in payroll operations, compensation program administration, compliance activities, and client coordination. The ideal candidate has hands-on payroll experience, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy and client service.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support client engagement by assisting in building strong relationships and responding to client needs in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Assist in managing client-specific requirements, such as payroll mapping, global cost tracking, and vendor coordination.</li><li>Support the execution of end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with KPIs and SLAs.</li><li>Perform payroll data validation, reconciliations, and reporting to identify and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Assist with year-end reporting, compensation summaries, and compliance documentation.</li><li>Collaborate on client projects by supporting process improvements, risk identification, and solution design.</li><li>Help identify opportunities for automation and process efficiencies, working with technology teams on implementations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with global payroll, tax, and expatriate regulations, maintaining accurate documentation.</li><li>Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to support payroll and compensation system enhancements.</li><li>Contribute to knowledge sharing and support colleagues in a multi-geographic, hybrid team environment.</li></ul>​Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.</li><li>2–4 years of experience in payroll, compensation, or HR operations.</li><li>Experience supporting payroll or compensation system implementations is a plus.</li><li>Skills</li><li>Good understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Familiarity with compensation principles and frameworks.</li><li>Strong analytical and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li></ul>​Key Competencies<ul><li>Attention to Detail</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Teamwork</li><li>Analytical Thinking</li><li>Adaptability</li><li>Integrity &amp; Confidentiality</li></ul></div><div>Additional Information  Location: BangaloreWe are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status.Please note, AI is used as part of the application process.</div><div></div><div></div><div></div>
