You’ll work and collaborate with a very talented team that is customer and quality focused. </p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full development life-cycle design from project requirement to deployment</li> <li>Work on automation and improvement of data exchanges and data pipelines between internal and external teams</li> <li>Facilitate the definition of project scope, deliverables, and goals</li> <li>Write, test, and deploy efficient, scalable code to production that impacts millions of individuals</li> <li>Lead cross-functional teams to build a scalable transaction data pipeline</li> <li>Conduct process improvement projects to increase performance in vital program metrics</li> <li>Communicate ongoing project health with key stakeholders and business leadership</li> <li>Define best practices and uphold coding standards</li> <li>Consistently demonstrate extremely high levels of technical knowledge, ingenuity, and creativity</li> <li>Develops and applies advanced technologies, engineering principles, theories, and concepts</li> <li>Work within the Engineering team to develop features that specifically benefit our users</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field</li> <li>6+ years programming experience, ideally on a modern stack</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Continuous Delivery principles and techniques, including unit testing and build &amp; deploy pipelines</li> <li>Ability to lead and influence a teams technical direction</li> <li>Experience with building scalable Cloud infrastructure for processing data</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise with data store and cloud technologies, ideally within a microservice architecture</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to design resilient software components within a distributed system</li> <li>Broad knowledge about the design and operation of systems outside of specialty </li> <li>Must be able to deliver high-quality code, communicate with groups in and outside the development team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proficient with Python and C code </li> <li>Experience with AWS Services</li> </ul><div><div><div><div> <div><span><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></span></div> <div>The base pay range for this role is listed below.
