Acting as both Chief of Staff and Director of Strategic Operations, you will help set the vision, translate strategy into execution, and ensure operational excellence across a fast-paced, high-output team. Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment will be key to success in this dynamic, high-visibility role.   Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Serve as a strategic advisor and operator to the SVP of Marketing helping define priorities, refine strategy, and ensure effective decision-making across the team.</li> <li> Lead the marketing OKR and planning process: design quarterly and annual planning, track progress against goals, and deliver reporting that drives alignment, accountability, and results.</li> <li>Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports that distill campaign performance, pipeline impact, and operational metrics into actionable insights. Prepare leadership with data-driven narratives and visualizations for internal and external presentations.</li> <li>Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes, managing organizational rhythms, and improving execution across planning, communications, and reporting.</li> <li>Serve as the connector across marketing teams collaborating with Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Content, and other stakeholders including GTM to align objectives, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain momentum.</li> <li>Partner closely with GTM leaders to ensure data accuracy, attribution clarity, and seamless handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.</li> <li>Manage executive communications, including materials for leadership meetings, board updates, business reviews, and strategic presentations.</li> <li>Identify bottlenecks, design feedback loops, and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and scalability across marketing operations.</li> <li>Organize offsites, leadership sessions, and team forums that foster clarity, alignment, and a high-performance culture.</li> <li>Work with Finance and RevOps to manage budgets, track spend, and inform both short and long-term planning decisions.</li> <li>Act as a force multiplier for the SVP of Marketing by anticipating needs, surfacing strategic opportunities, preparing data and narratives, and ensuring follow-through on top priorities.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>10+ years in strategic operations or Chief of Staff roles partnering with senior executives.</li> <li>Background in technology, SaaS, or digital media; familiarity with GenAI landscape is a plus.</li> <li>Demonstrated program management expertise, orchestrating multiple workstreams with precision.</li> <li>Strong analytical, data visualization, and critical thinking skills; ability to turn data into strategy.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead OKR processes and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.</li> <li>Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, with a bias for action and problem-solving.</li> <li>Deep experience in stakeholder management, change leadership, and cross-functional alignment.</li> <li>Skilled in facilitation and meeting design, driving alignment and decisions in complex settings.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation-building skills, with an eye for executive storytelling.</li> <li>Integrity, sound judgment, and urgency in achieving outcomes.</li> </ul> <h4>Benefits</h4> <ul> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.</li> <li>FSA Spending Account.</li> <li>Remote or Hybrid work.
