This role is ideal for a highly strategic, operationally minded leader who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.We encourage you to apply if you are a highly strategic and operationally minded leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, operating in a role that changes daily.</span></div><h3>Your day-to-day:</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute the organization’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and assisting in shaping the long-term technology strategy and roadmap, working closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing teams to align significant initiatives.</li><li>Help lead the yearly and quarterly planning process, driving prioritization and alignment with company goals.</li><li>Facilitate communication and coordination to drive organization-wide operating rhythm ensuring key cadences support efficient decision-making.</li><li>Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for engineering efficiency, innovation, and tech debt management, collaborating with leaders to develop reporting structures.</li><li>Lead special projects and strategic initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, talent development, and technology transformation.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations on organizational improvements, decision-making, and operational efficiencies.</li><li>Facilitate alignment between product management, engineering, design, partnerships, and marketing teams on key initiatives and deliverables.</li><li>Partner or own the agenda and content for critical meetings like monthly product/business review/GTM review sessions with the executive team to surface team/individual performance, own follow-ups and make strategic recommendations.</li><li>Lead the weekly exec meeting with agenda setting, time keeping. Facilitate QBRs and annual planning sessions. The total compensation package for this position will also include a discretionary performance bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more.
