Marketing Manager – Wayfinders

Wayfinders is a dynamic startup consulting business within a global technology leader. As part of an ambitious growth agenda, we are building a challenger brand in the consulting space. This role sits within the global marketing function and leads marketing for Wayfinders, working closely with stakeholders across the Consulting Business Group and global marketing teams.

We’re looking for someone with energy, curiosity, and a ‘can do’ mindset, someone excited by the opportunity to shape a growing brand and make a tangible impact.

Role Overview

This is a broad and hands-on role that combines campaign execution, digital content creation, stakeholder alignment, and strategic planning. You’ll work across teams to deliver creative marketing that builds awareness, engages audiences, and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaigns, Digital Marketing & Events

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads)
  • Develop and manage a standout organic social media presence
  • As required, help run virtual and in-person events that support lead generation and brand visibility
  • Track and report on campaign performance and contribution to business outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with consulting, marketing, and sales teams to align on objectives and delivery

2. Content Creation & Creative Execution

  • Develop engaging marketing content across digital, video, and social formats
  • Use AI tools and modern content platforms to accelerate and enhance creative output
  • Ensure all marketing materials reflect consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity
  • Work with business and brand teams to shape distinctive narratives and thought leadership

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Build trusted relationships with sales, consulting, and regional leads
  • Act as the link between global marketing and the Consulting Business Group
  • Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and media to amplify reach
  • Manage priorities across time zones and functions with clarity and professionalism

4. Reporting, Insights & Best Practice

  • Provide clear, actionable reporting on campaign impact and marketing performance
  • Contribute to a culture of learning by sharing what works and helping improve team practices
  • Support global marketing peers on joint initiatives and collaboration opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive, self-starting marketer with a positive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • 3+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in consulting, tech, or professional services (but not essential)
  • Creative and resourceful approach to campaign execution and content development
  • Strong communication skills, confident working with stakeholders, writing content, and presenting ideas
  • Organised, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative team player who thrives on delivering results through others

As we are looking for a remote position, the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  Fujitsu aligns salaries to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $80,430 to $115,819 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.​
