Alliance Partner Specialist

We are looking for an Alliance Partner Specialist to be responsible for supporting the successful execution of our partner’s programs and to manage Microsoft, Salesforce and other select partnerships. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance, track performance, and drive growth. These partnerships are far reaching, and this role comes with visibility regionally and globally, and an opportunity to be engaged across all aspects of Fujitsu.
In addition to Microsoft and Salesforce our global partners include: AWS, Cohere, ESRI, Oracle, Palantir, SAP, ServiceNow and we continually identify and nurture new partnerships. This role is part of Fujitsu’s Global Strategic Alliance Unit, reporting to the North America Head of Business Development and Strategic Alliances.

Key Accountabilities:
Partner Program Compliance: Ensure our participation in partner’s programs adhere to both the partner’s and Fujitsu’s policies, procedures, and legal requirements. This includes regular audits and proactive identification of potential issues.
Deal Registration & Tracking: Gather necessary information from our Sales teams to submit and accurately track deal registrations within the designated CRM/partner system. Monitor deal progress and escalate issues as needed.
Partner Certification Management: In partnership with our Delivery teams, regional & global track and manage partner certification requirements, ensuring we maintain the necessary certifications and training. This includes coordinating training opportunities and tracking completion.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports and updates on partner performance, compliance, and program effectiveness for management. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Partnership Management (Select Partners): Manage the day-to-day relationship with a select portfolio of partners, including Microsoft and Salesforce. Acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters. This includes communication, issue resolution, and relationship building.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Legal) to support partner activities and ensure alignment.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve partner program efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or alliance/partner programs and/or management role.
Strong understanding of partner program management principles and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with channel partners in a technology company.
Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) software.
Proven ability to analyze data and identify trends.
As we are looking for a remote position, the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Fujitsu aligns salaries to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $90,020 to $129,629 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
