In this role, you will blend deep expertise in AI and data management with a strong business sense to deliver end-to-end solutions—from requirements gathering and architectural design to deployment, integration, and ongoing optimization.    What do we offer you?    <ul> <li>Consulting &amp; Strategy: Analyze client needs, propose on-premise GPT and RAG strategies, and develop tailored project plans. </li> <li>Implementation &amp; Integration: Install, configure, and integrate AI solutions within existing infrastructures, ensuring seamless alignment with data pipelines and enterprise architectures. </li> <li>Data Management: Oversee data preparation, cleaning, and validation to optimize the performance of GPT and RAG models. </li> <li>Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, track project milestones, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. </li> <li>Training &amp; Adoption: Develop and conduct workshops to equip client teams with the skills needed to leverage AI tools effectively. </li> <li>Continuous Improvement: Monitor industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maximize client value. </li> </ul>   What qualifications should you have?    <ul> <li>Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. </li> <li>AI Expertise: Proven experience in deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and a solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). </li> <li>Technical Skills: Familiarity with on-premise environments, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps practices (CI/CD), and common AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face). </li> <li>Data Management: Hands-on experience with data pipelines, big data systems, and database technologies. </li> <li>Business &amp; Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and strong communication skills in English (and ideally German). </li> <li>Project Management: Track record of managing AI or data-driven projects, with a structured approach to planning, execution, and documentation. </li> </ul>   Bonus Points:  <ul> <li>Experience with specific AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) deployed on-premise. </li> <li>Experience with MLOps tools and practices adapted for on-premise environments. </li> <li>Experience with specific industry verticals (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing) and their on-premise IT infrastructure. </li> <li>Experience with Fujitsu Private GPT or similar on-premise AI solutions. </li> </ul>   Interested?  The job sounds exciting, but youre not sure if you meet all the requirements?
