Our Passion. Our Approach. </b></p><p></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p>This Senior-level Customer Support Software Engineer will be responsible for providing L3 technical support to Fortna clients.  This includes utilizing your high degree of experience in software development, coding, networking, and customer facing technical support in a past paced environment. In this role, you will be collaborating with numerous internal and external engineering/development teams to address and resolve customer issues quickly.</p><p><b>*** This position may require working a full 8 or 10 hour weekend shift.  This includes Sat &amp; Sun with 2 to 3 days off during the weekday depending on 8 or 10 hour shift.</b></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Provide Level 3 technical support to customers.</li><li>Participate in on-call support, analyze and troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes.</li><li>Collaborate with the product team to resolve complex problems on a high priority basis.</li><li>Foster a team atmosphere by actively collaborating with other team members.</li><li>Maintain high-quality software source code and documentation.</li><li>Provide remote support and troubleshooting for client systems.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.</li><li>Work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.</li><li>Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent written and oral command of English language.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Possess exceptional listening and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s in computer science or related field.</li><li>Experience with Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) / Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) highly desired.</li><li>Minimum 4+ years of experience with direct software customer support and development.</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 4+ years of experience in Core Java/J2EE stack.</li><li>Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate, including Spring Data JPA.</li><li>Strong experience in writing SQL queries and working with Oracle or any other Database.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Web services and Microservices architecture.</li><li>Strong understand of REST API and unit testing frameworks.</li><li>Strong understanding of distributed architectures and design pattern.</li></ul><ul><li>Time-sensitive, high transaction-based processing experience.</li><li>Excellent English (oral and written) communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to project members, customer and stakeholders.</li><li>Possess exceptional listening and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p></p><h3><span>The base salary range for this role is $100,700 to $151,100. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position.
