Learn more about us at<a href="http://www.fluenttech.net/" target="_blank"> www.fluenttech.net</a>.Position Overview:As a Tier 2 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing global customer technical issues, overseeing internal escalations, maintaining the knowledge base, providing product feedback, and leading support-related projects.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Take ownership of technical issues and provide tier 2 support for major financial clients.</li><li>Handle complex troubleshooting, investigations and debugging, particularly in Fluent code.</li><li>Implement configuration modifications and thoroughly document troubleshooting and resolution steps.</li></ul>Desired Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>At least 5 years of proven experience as technical support engineer (Tier 2 or Tier 3).</li><li>Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and Bash.</li><li>Strong understanding of Linux systems, including log analysis, regular expressions, and process management.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage escalation to keep track of ongoing issues.</li><li>Understanding of networking principles, including telnet and TCP/IP.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&amp;D, Integration, PM</li></ul>Advantage:<ul><li>Experience as an Integration production environment is preferred.</li><li>Experience in quality assurance (QA).</li><li>Background in finance.</li><li>Familiarity with Jira and ServiceNow.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li></ul>
