What you’ll be doing A day in the life of Fieldwire’s VP of Sales will find you driving strategy, leading people, and growing revenue all while partnering closely with global cross-functional leaders. You’ll frequently be solving problems such as: <ul> <li>How do we accelerate growth while maintaining operational excellence across regions?</li> <li>How do we build scalable GTM motions that work globally?</li> <li>How can we leverage the power of Hilti to amplify Fieldwire’s market reach?</li> <li>How can we hire and develop A+ sales leaders and sales reps across the world?</li> </ul> The primary responsibilities for our next VP of Sales will be to: <ul> <li>Lead Fieldwire’s global sales organization and drive performance across all regions. You’ll travel internationally 25%-30% of the time.  </li> <li>Define and execute scalable GTM strategies for mid-market and enterprise customers.</li> <li>Hire, onboard, and develop high-performing teams across SDR, AE, and AM, Revops functions.</li> <li>Ensure global sales process consistency including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales enablement best practices.</li> <li>Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver aligned revenue outcomes.</li> <li>Serve as the face of Fieldwire in key customer engagements, executive meetings, and industry events.</li> <li>Inspire a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and performance while leveraging Hilti’s global infrastructure to scale Fieldwire’s reach.</li> </ul> At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next VP of Sales to have the following skills and experiences: <ul> <li>10+ years of experience leading B2B SaaS sales organizations, including global team leadership.</li> <li>Proven track record of scaling revenue within a company in the $100M-$250M+ range.</li> <li>Experience in both mid-market and enterprise SaaS sales motions.</li> <li>Deep understanding of sales operations, forecasting, enablement, and process rigor.</li> <li>Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate cross-cultural teams.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with global reach.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.</li> </ul> And if you have any of the following, we REALLY want you to apply today! <ul> <li>Experience leading GTM transformation or global expansion for a SaaS company.</li> <li>Prior exposure to construction tech, proptech, or field management software.</li> <li>Experience working in a matrixed global organization (ideally within a corporate-backed startup).</li> </ul> Compensation  The estimated total compensation range for this role is $400,000-$600,000 OTE, which includes base salary, variable incentive.
