Reporting to the Manager of Recruiting, you’ll be the primary recruiting partner to our VP Sales and sales leadership, building world-class teams across Sales, Solutions, BDRs, and Sales Leadership.This is a highly visible role where you’ll balance hands-on execution with strategic partnership. You’ll source and close top sales talent in highly competitive markets, while advising our leadership on hiring strategy, interview best practices, and talent market dynamics. You’ll bring strong executive presence, an ability to thrive with autonomy, and a high bar for candidate experience.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Own the full-cycle recruiting process for sales roles including AEs, solutions, BDRs, and sales leadership.</li><li>Focus heavily on enterprise sales recruiting, bringing in candidates experienced selling complex, enterprise-grade software.</li><li>Partner directly with the VP Sales and sales leaders as their trusted talent partner.</li><li>Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive, competitive, diverse talent.</li><li>Lead candidate management end-to-end: outreach, assessment, closing, and offer negotiations.</li><li>Champion Fieldguide’s brand and value proposition in candidate conversations and outreach.</li><li>Drive structured, inclusive hiring processes that enable fair, high-quality decision-making.</li><li>Track recruiting funnel health and hiring metrics to ensure speed and quality of hires.</li><li>Anticipate sales team hiring needs and proactively build pipelines for future growth.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>5+ years of GTM recruiting experience, with a focus on sales roles at high-growth startups. Proven success hiring enterprise sales reps (AEs and sales leadership) for companies building enterprise-grade SaaS.</li><li>Experienced hiring BDR/SDRs, pre-sales solutions, and customer-facing GTM leadership roles.</li><li>Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable owning recruiting end-to-end.</li><li>Excellent closer with the ability to influence, negotiate, and guide candidates through decision-making.</li><li>Executive presence: confident working directly with senior leadership and influencing stakeholders.</li><li>Skilled in sourcing strategies and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, outbound campaigns, and talent mapping.</li><li>Hold a high bar for candidate quality and candidate experience.</li><li>Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers alike.</li></ul>Bonus Points<ul><li>Understanding of the audit and advisory industry and/or prior experience placing candidates into the space.</li></ul>More about FieldguideFieldguide is a values-based company.
