You will lead a team of implementation professionals, technical delivery, and change management to ensure client satisfaction and maximize the value of our products.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Team Leadership:<ul><li>Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of implementation professionals.</li><li>Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.</li><li>Set clear goals and expectations, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.</li></ul></li><li>Technical Expertise:<ul><li>Possess a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions and their technical components.</li><li>Work hands-on with both customers and technology to design, build, and implement solutions that ensure successful adoption and measurable business impact.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to implementation methodologies and technologies.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients as needed.</li></ul></li><li>Change Management:<ul><li>Develop and execute effective change management strategies to address organizational and cultural challenges during implementation.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process.</li></ul></li><li>Customer Management:<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.</li><li>Proactively address client concerns and issues, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for product enhancements and future business growth.</li></ul></li><li>Project Management:<ul><li>Manage complex implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.</li><li>Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and change management strategies.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, engineering) to ensure successful project delivery.</li></ul></li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering exceptional results.</li><li>Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.</li><li>Deep understanding of change management principles and best practices.</li><li>Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.</li><li>Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).</li><li>Familiarity with industry-standard implementation tools and platforms.</li><li>Bachelors degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.</li></ul>Bonus Points<ul><li>5+ years of experience in leading technology implementations at Advisory/Assurance/Audit firms that help clients deploy, integrate, and optimize new technologies to improve business operations, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation.</li><li>Prior Big 4 experience preferred.</li><li>Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or change management.</li><li>Experience with specific SaaS platforms or industry verticals.</li><li>Proven ability to drive revenue growth and customer expansion.</li></ul>More about Fieldguide:Fieldguide is a values-based company.
