Reporting directly to the Global SDR Director, this leadership role will be responsible for supporting a high-performing SDR team, be a key component in developing pipeline generation strategies and, align closely with marketing and sales leadership to drive growth and revenue impact aligned with the Feedzai Go-to-Market. Your Day to Day: People Management <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives across LATAM and North America;</li> <li>Recruit, onboard, and train new hires, ensuring a strong bench for future sales roles - fostering a high-performance culture;</li> <li>Set clear KPIs to be tracked against the team targets, conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to drive results;</li> <li>Support training programs to enhance team performance;</li> </ul> GTM research, positioning &amp; thought leadership <ul> <li>Develop and implement scalable outreach strategies, cadences and workflows that maximize SDR efficiency;</li> <li>Understand industry trends, discover client challenges and position how Feedzai’s go to market solutions can solve their needs;</li> <li>Strong understanding of market segmentation and key personas to target and the key messaging to be delivered;</li> <li>Ability to aggregate market information and provide feedback to the necessary stakeholders which allows for further GTM refinement;</li> <li>Be creative in finding new ways to refine our GTM and spotting new opportunities;</li> </ul> Inbound and Outbound initiatives to generate pipeline <ul> <li>Oversee the development and execution of both inbound and outbound lead generation strategies;</li> <li>Ensure application of BANT, CHAMP and SPIN, ensuring customer centric focus and application value selling approach;</li> <li>Work with marketing, field sales and partner managers to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and feedback loops; </li> <li>Coach team members how to nurture leads and convert them into qualified opportunities;</li> <li>Coach and drive best practice of outbound campaigns for targets accounts leveraging emails, account based marketing, calling, social selling and more;</li> <li>Support and ensure handover of qualified opportunities;</li> </ul> Forecasting &amp; Reporting <ul> <li>Ability to be data driven and accurately forecast lead conversion;</li> <li>Ability to understand what is needed to proactively build the right pipeline in order to hit targets;</li> <li>Leverage Feedzai’s current sales engagement platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach) to monitor activity, report on team performance and provide insights to leadership; </li> </ul> You Have &amp; You Know-how:  <ul> <li>3+ years of proven experience managing a global sales development team;</li> <li>Experience in selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment;</li> <li>Strong track record of supporting and building high-performing SDR or Inside Sales teams, fostering professional growth, and exceeding pipeline generation targets through your teams efforts;</li> <li>Deep understanding of sales development best practices, lead generation strategies, and CRM technologies;</li> <li>Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with a passion for developing talent;</li> <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills;</li> <li>Hands-on, strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable team goals;</li> <li>Creative thinking: finding new routes to leads and opportunities;</li> <li>Proven experience in the Financial Services industry preferred (Financial Crime is a plus);</li> </ul>   #LI-Remote #LI-BX1<div><hr /> Your First 30-Days at Feedzai: You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager.
