Learn more at <a href="http://experianplc.com">experianplc.com</a>.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The <strong>PAM Operations and Service Delivery Manager</strong> maintains the stability, reliability, and compliance of Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms, with a focus on CyberArk technologies. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with managerial responsibilities to ensure PAM platforms are patched, monitored, and operating effectively, while supporting business needs for onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day privileged access requests. The manager also drives roadmap execution for account onboarding, ensures alignment with PAM standards, and establishes KPIs to measure service performance and compliance.</p><p>This is a remote position. You will report to the Director of PAM.</p><p>Youll have opportunity to:</p><ul><li>Ensure stability, security, and compliance of PAM platforms through regular patching, upgrades, monitoring, and vulnerability remediation across OS, DB, and application layers.</li><li>Validate system functionality, integrations, and controls, escalating complex issues and partnering with SMEs for testing and enhancements.</li><li>Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support and oversee incident escalation to maintain operational continuity.</li><li>Manage privileged account onboarding/offboarding and daily service delivery, ensuring alignment with PAM standards and compliance requirements.</li><li>Implement service changes, secret management processes, and PAM controls across on-prem and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>Support audits and governance by maintaining documentation, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with capability managers to improve usability and business alignment.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>7+ years of experience in IT operations, cybersecurity, or identity and access management, with at least 3+ years leading PAM operations and service delivery teams.</li><li>Experience managing teams, roadmaps, and delivering on goals.</li><li>Demonstrated <strong>hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutions</strong> (PAS, EPM, Conjur, WPM).</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>PAM concepts, access control models, and regulatory frameworks</strong> (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA).</li><li>Experience implementing <strong>PAM controls in hybrid environments</strong> (on-premises, AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>Knowledge of secret management principles and tools.</li><li>Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) for ticketing, incident, and change management.</li><li>Ability to translate technical requirements into business terms.</li><li>Relevant certifications such as <strong>CyberArk Trustee/Defender/Sentry/Guardian, CISM, CISSP, ITIL, or cloud certifications (AWS/Azure)</strong> are a benefit.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Benefits/Perks:</strong></p><ul><li>Great compensation package and bonus plan</li><li>Core benefits including medical, dental, vision, and matching 401K</li><li>Flexible work environment, ability to work remote, hybrid or in-office</li><li>Flexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12-paid holidays</li><li>Explore all our exciting benefits here: <a href="https://yourexperianbenefits.com/cand-index.html">https://yourexperianbenefits.com/cand-index.html</a></li><li>#LI-Remote</li></ul><p>At Experian, our people and culture set us apart.
