Learn more at <a href="http://experianplc.com">experianplc.com</a>.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The <strong>PAM Operations and Service Delivery Manager</strong> maintains the stability, reliability, and compliance of Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms, with a focus on CyberArk technologies. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with managerial responsibilities to ensure PAM platforms are patched, monitored, and operating effectively, while supporting business needs for onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day privileged access requests. The manager also drives roadmap execution for account onboarding, ensures alignment with PAM standards, and establishes KPIs to measure service performance and compliance.</p><p>This is a remote position.
