As an Information Systems Engineer, youll greatly impact the day-to-day experience of our employees! You’ll draw on your technical aptitude, logical thought process, attention to detail, and project management skills to drive change through implementation of new technology platforms. You’ll partner with the security engineering, operations, and employee experience team to ensure IT infrastructure is supporting the needs of the business and is secure.</li> <li>Become familiar with our current IT infrastructure and SaaS tools.</li> <li>Become familiar with our current IT initiatives and determine how you can contribute.</li> <li>Use your attention to detail to roll out new IT tools and workflows.</li> <li>Use your technical breadth to help maintain, automate, and improve our IT infrastructure. </li> <li>Develop strong relationships with all teams at Everlaw to collaborate on IT initiatives.</li> </ul> <h3>About you</h3> <ul> <li>You have at least 5 years of experience working with IT infrastructure tools in an environment that is mostly/entirely cloud-based.</li> <li><strong>You have deep experience in supporting Atlassian Cloud infrastructure, most notably Jira and Confluence.</strong></li> <li><strong>You have a strong interest in AI tooling, particularly in administering and defining best practices for company-wide AI tools.</strong><strong>HUGE plus if you have hands-on experience administering company-wide AI platforms</strong></li> <li>You are experienced in building automations utilizing APIs and workflow utilities (Okta Workflows, Trelica, Zapier, Workato, etc).</li> <li>You have experience managing and supporting an SSO/IdP solution (Okta, OneLogin, etc).</li> <li>You are comfortable managing computers and mobile devices through MDMs (Jamf, InTune, etc).</li> <li><strong>You are proactive, constantly assessing the configuration of IT platforms and making recommendations on how they can be improved.</strong></li> <li>You are incredibly organized, process-driven, and capable of anticipating and mitigating friction points in a fast-paced environment collaborating cross-functionally to drive an enjoyable employee experience.
