You’ll work with cross-functional teams to implement secure, scalable, and compliant IT solutions that support our mission-critical forensic operations.</p><ul><li>Deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure and software projects, including zone and site network separations, data centre implementations, Windows 11 upgrades.</li><li>Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure seamless project execution.</li><li>Manage project governance documentation (PID, RACI, requirements, risk logs).</li><li>Oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning.</li><li>Facilitate stakeholder engagement across technical and operational teams.</li><li>Lead change and release management processes.</li><li>Support site integrations and customer-facing IT initiatives.</li><li>Conduct workshops, training, and stakeholder meetings.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proven, extensive IT project management experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure delivery.</li><li>Extensive experience supporting IT infrastructure and systems integration during mergers and acquisitions (M&amp;A) , transitional planning, data migration and onboarding of acquired sites into enterprise environments.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead in-house software development projects, working closely with developers and product stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery</li><li>Skilled in managing Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations alongside project initiatives, ensuring continuity of service while driving change.</li><li>Proven success in multi-country implementations and complex IT transformation programs.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.</li><li>Experienced in applying project management frameworks such as SDLC and Agile, and proficient in using industry-standard tools to plan, track, and deliver projects effectively.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>In return for your hard work and loyal service, we will offer you genuine career and salary progression through our Career Pathways programme, a competitive salary, and a selection of employee benefits via our flexible benefits menu which includes cycle to work, give as you earn, volunteering days, buy and sell holiday.
