This role will support the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. <span>This position is fully remote.</span></p> <p><span><strong><em>Salary range: $75k-$85k. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate. </em></strong></span></p> <h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Assist with job analysis, leveling, and creation/updating of job descriptions across the organization.</li> <li>Assist in the creation, implementation, administration and maintenance of sales compensation plans.</li> <li>Assist in the design and modeling of new compensation programs by providing data-driven insights and market benchmarks.</li> <li>Analyze compensation and commissions data to identify trends, ensure compliance with pay policies, and support business decisions.</li> <li>Support annual compensation administration and ad-hoc compensation reviews.<span> </span></li> <li>Conduct compensation benchmarking and market pricing of roles to ensure consistency and support organizational strategy.<span> </span></li> <li>Generate standard and ad-hoc compensation and commissions data reports for key stakeholders.</li> <li>Ensure compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, minimum wage laws).</li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to support compensation and commission needs.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why EquipmentShare?</strong></h3> <p>Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
