This role supports compensation benchmarking, equity administration, benefits operations, and reporting. You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Finance, and external vendors to deliver support across compensation and benefits while helping build the tools and systems that shape our global Total Rewards strategy. This role requires someone with a strong analytical foundation, attention to detail, and prior experience in compensation operations, able to execute independently while contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced team. About The Role: Compensation &amp; Benefits Operations <ul> <li>Support the day-to-day execution of global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring consistency and accuracy</li> <li>Review offers, salary changes, and promotions; maintain salary bands and support equity data audits</li> <li>Manage compensation survey submissions and job architecture mapping</li> <li>Assist with system updates and testing in Workday and other platforms  to maintain data integrity and improve workflows</li> <li>Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to support compensation-related processes and decisions</li> </ul> Analytics, Reporting &amp; Enablement <ul> <li>Build dashboards and reporting tools to analyze compensation trends, offer activity, and internal pay equity</li> <li>Develop enablement resources to educate managers and employees on compensation, equity, and benefits</li> <li>Contribute to global readiness by tracking international pay practices and regional compliance needs</li> <li>Support long-term strategic initiatives such as pay transparency, equity refresh strategy, and benefits utilization improvements</li> <li>Help ensure our compensation and benefits programs evolve with the business and continue to meet employee needs globally</li> </ul> Who You Are:  <ul> <li>2+  years of experience in a compensation or total rewards role</li> <li>Experience with compensation data, salary benchmarking, and survey submissions ( Radford experience preferred )</li> <li>Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to build and audit complex datasets</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and a passion for data integrity</li> <li>Clear, proactive communicator who can work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and TA</li> <li>Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.</li> </ul> Preferred: <ul> <li>Experience with equity programs, benefits operations, or HRIS tools like Workday</li> </ul> Wondering if you’re a good fit? The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
