Our platform already serves a rapidly expanding global audience of audiobook listeners and features thousands of titles to explore and enjoy through our web app.We’re doubling down on growth through a combination of SEO, growth marketing, funnel optimization, and performance marketing. We’re looking for someone at the intersection of software engineering and growth — an engineer who’s excited to build, experiment, and measure. You’ll lead hands-on initiatives such as developing programmatic pages for SEO, creating conversion-focused landing pages, and partnering with Growth Marketers to shape and execute our growth campaigns.Our stack includes Next.js (React, TypeScript) on the frontend and Python (FastAPI) on the backend.Examples of what you might work on<ul><li>Build programmatic pages for new audiobook listings, collections, and authors — for example, genres like <a target="_blank" href="https://elevenreader.io/genres/mystery_and_thriller">Mystery &amp; Thriller audiobooks</a>.</li><li>Develop branded web pages for our <a target="_blank" href="https://elevenreader.io/">marketing website</a> major feature launches, such as introducing multi-cast audiobooks.</li><li>Collaborate with our Growth Marketer to identify and produce SEO-driven content targeting high-priority keywords for written content production.</li><li>Partner with our performance marketing team to design and implement high-converting landing pages for new paid campaigns.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2>Who you areWere looking for exceptional individuals who combine technical excellence with ethical awareness, who are excited by hard problems and motivated by human impact. Instead, we are seeking enthusiastic Software Engineers who can showcase solving impressively hard problems with artifacts such as past projects, designs, or GitHub contributions. We do require:<ul><li>Strong frontend engineering skills (React, Typescript) and backend engineering skills (Python ideally but others are fine too)</li><li>Strong SEO Experience ideating and executing SEO initiatives including programmatic SEO, content marketing, and keyword research</li><li>Strong Frontend web development and design skills</li><li>Experience with signup and onboarding conversion rate optimization</li><li>(Bonus) Experience with performance marketing optimization</li></ul><h2>Location</h2>This role is remote and can be executed globally.
