In this role, you’ll be responsible for advancing brand strategies, optimizing sales and profit, and ensuring strong delivery of technical marketing programs.Your Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement brand strategies to maximize market share and profitability.</li><li>Plan and execute marketing activities, including advertising and budget management.</li><li>Collaborate with Technical Veterinarians, Consultants, and cross-functional teams to deliver technical programs.</li><li>Support and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.</li><li>Lead new product launches and manage updates to existing products.</li></ul>What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):<ul><li>Education: Tertiary qualification in business, science, or marketing, OR minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing or rural sales.</li><li>Experience: Knowledge of or experience working in farming or the rural sector.</li><li>Skills: Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</li></ul>What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):<ul><li>Experience in the animal health industry.</li><li>Digital marketing expertise.</li><li>Strong time management and communication skills.</li><li>High attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to motivate and influence others.</li></ul>Additional Information:<ul><li>Travel: Occasional travel will be required to attend conferences and spend time in the field with our sales and technical team.</li><li>Location: Flexible work arrangement available, with the option to work from home part of the week.
