Purpose of the roleAs the Brand &amp; Comms Manager NZ, you will manage the adaptation of global Marcomms plans and content, co-created with Networks of Excellence (NoEs), into local, annual Marcomms plans with innovative campaigns that deliver brand health objectives and support the delivery of commercial targets across brands. Working closely with the Hub in Mumbai, you will be responsible for executing campaigns across the year, optimising performance through analysis of prior activity, and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements. This role, whilst still understanding and following established procedures, must use independent judgment when faced with complex problems, identifying issues and providing insight to support resolutions.Key Accountabilities <ul><li>Leveraging local insight, craft comprehensive annual Marcomms plans for the NZ market, based on the global strategies and plans co-created with the NoEs, to amplify brand metrics and drive tangible business outcomes.</li><li>In close collaboration with the Hub and agency partners, adapt brand content from the global activation toolkits for your local campaigns (developing campaign materials locally only if unavailable in the activation toolkit) and execute through the optimal communications channel mix to achieve your marketing objectives.</li><li>Refine and optimise brand content and campaign performance across all priority communication channels.</li><li>Engage local partners and affiliates to support brand building.</li><li>Work closely with ANZ marketing and business stakeholders to ensure annual plans and deliverables align to long-term marketing and business strategies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all local regulatory, tax, technical, and language requirements in marketing activities.</li><li>Ensure consistency of messaging and visuals across channels.</li><li>Support the team in addressing complex problems and developing resolutions across multiple stakeholders. Make independent decisions where necessary and raise issues for escalation where more complex resolutions are required.</li><li>Act as expert on the latest product and marketing trends and changes across channels, leveraging this knowledge to provide feedback, guidance and coaching to teams where necessary, as well as to improve product portfolio and campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Responsible for executing marketing activity that achieves KPIs of optimising MROI and meeting or exceeding defined marketing plan metrics.
