The Lead FP&amp;A analyst will be responsible for managing and overseeing the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes for the Aerospace Group, with a key focus on functional cost review. This position plays a critical role in providing detailed financial insights and strategic guidance to business units, ensuring functional costs are well-managed and aligned with corporate goals. This individual will be a key interface with the Aerospace senior leadership team, supporting executive budget owners with reporting and analysis.  The Lead FP&amp;A Analyst will also be responsible for Aerospace HQ consolidated financial statement forecasting, reporting &amp; analysis and will support Controllership requirements for HQ ledgers, enabling strategic decision-making for the organization.  Job Responsibilities    <ul><li>Lead the preparation, analysis and presentation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for Aerospace Group budgets</li><li>Manage monthly budget vs actuals reporting and variance analytics for senior leadership team, working with Controllership team to ensure accuracy, timely reporting of variances and projection; </li><li>Support the monthly financial reporting process for Aerospace consolidated financial statements, with emphasis in functional costs reviews and SG&amp;A expenses, providing analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost optimization</li><li>Prepare and deliver executive presentations to stakeholders as needed</li><li>Support Profit Plan and Operating Reviews </li><li>Drive standardization and process improvements to streamline efforts and improve accuracy of financial reporting </li><li>Develop financial models and ad-hoc reports</li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2>Qualifications:</h2></div><div>Basic (Required) Qualifications:     <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university.</li><li>5+ years of experience working in the finance function</li><li>Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.</li><li>This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
