The team collaborates closely with development teams, infrastructure platform, and network teams, as well as incident managers, to drive operational excellence and support critical initiatives across the organization.</div><h3>Responsibilities: </h3><ul><li>Build broad and deep knowledge of our strategic cloud platforms</li><li>Proactive monitoring of health and trends of services and components</li><li>Provide technical expertise to support, and resolve major incidents</li><li>Follow up root cause and how to prevent incidents from reoccurring</li><li>Be part of the 3rd level 24/7 support teams</li><li>Technical support expertise of various projects across all environments</li></ul><h3>Requirements: </h3><ul><li>6+ years experience of enterprise Linux system administration.</li><li>Wizard level on trouble-shooting incidents in large and complex environments</li><li>Understand the fundamentals of Git/Dev/SecOp, build pipelines.
