We also deliver platform-wide services like Fleetcommand, enabling customers and internal teams to deploy, manage, and scale Domino with ease. What your impact will be In your first year, you will  <ul> <li>Deepen your understanding of our infrastructure, architecture, and team dynamics to contribute effectively from day one</li> <li>Collaborate with teammates on new feature initiatives, taking on leadership roles as you grow in the role</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and incidents, driving improvements in system stability</li> <li>Take ownership of our Cloud product, enhancing its efficiency, robustness, and overall reliability</li> <li>Operate and manage Cloud deployments</li> <li>Deliver tooling and automation to shift-left ops</li> </ul> What we look for in this role <ul> <li>5+ years of software engineering experience </li> <li>Experience designing and working with distributed systems</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Cloud Providers (AWS)</li> <li>Backend: Python, Golang, Scala</li> <li>Frontend (optional): React and TypeScript</li> <li>Experience with K8s</li> <li>Experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm)</li> <li>Experience building production-grade software, preferably in Python or Go</li> <li>Autonomous and has the ability to make decisions and designs</li> </ul> What we value <ul> <li>We value a growth mindset.
