This is a critical leadership role that will shape the technical execution and long-term vision for our AI engineering efforts. As the engineering lead for AI products, you’ll partner closely with product, data science, and infrastructure teams to deliver intuitive, performant, and scalable AI features that help our customers build smarter applications—fast.We’re looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our AI product engineering efforts. You’ll work at the intersection of platform infrastructure and applied AI, delivering developer-facing tools that make building and scaling intelligent applications simple and accessible on DigitalOcean.</p> <p>This role is perfect for a hands-on technical leader who understands both the potential and the practicalities of applying AI in a developer-first environment. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance.
