This role will focus on monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and performance optimization of the ServiceNow environment while applying SRE and DevOps best practices. The ideal professional should have a strong background in ServiceNow administration, UNIX/Linux, Windows Server, and cloud infrastructure.What we’ll offer you<ul><li>A diverse and inclusive environment that embraces change, innovation, and collaboration</li><li>A hybrid working model, allowing for in-office / work from home flexibility, generous vacation, personal and volunteer days</li><li>Employee Resource Groups support an inclusive workplace for everyone and promote community engagement</li><li>Competitive compensation packages including health and wellbeing benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and family building benefits</li><li>Educational resources, matching gift and volunteer programs</li></ul>What You’ll Do<ul><li>Monitor and maintain the health, availability, and performance of the ServiceNow platform</li><li>Troubleshoot ServiceNow infrastructure issues, including instance performance, integrations, and database bottlenecks</li><li>Collaborate with developers and architects to enhance system stability and optimize workflows</li><li>Perform ServiceNow instance upgrades, patching, cloning, and configuration tuning</li><li>Handle incident response and escalations to resolve ServiceNow-related issues efficiently; conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes; define and maintain SLOs/SLIs to measure and improve system reliability</li><li>Understand ServiceNow MID Servers and integrations with third-party systems; Administer UNIX/Linux, and Windows Server environments supporting ServiceNow; Automate routine administration tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Ansible</li></ul>Skills You’ll Need <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required</li><li>Proficient experience in ServiceNow administration, support, or SRE roles, and ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, Performance Analytics)</li><li>Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and instance management, Experience in UNIX/Linux, and Windows Server administration</li><li>Hands-on expertise in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Git), Proficiency in networking (DNS, Traded Credit Positions (TCP)/IP, Load Balancing, Firewalls) related to ServiceNow</li><li>Understanding of ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and instance cloning</li><li>Basic knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, REST API, Web Services)</li></ul>Skills to Help you Excel<ul><li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ITOM certifications</li><li>Linux (RHCSA, RHCE) or Windows (MCSA, MCSE) certifications</li><li>Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus</li></ul>ExpectationsIt is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $60,000 to $86,000.
