Our tech teams and business units use agile ways of working to create #GlobalHausbank solutions from our home market.  Your key responsibilities<ul><li>Act as the senior level of technical support (L3) for authentication / SSO-related incidents</li><li>Perform deep dive debugging of Java services, SAML/OAuth2/OpenID Connect flows, and federation issues</li><li>Collaborate with L2 &amp; Development teams to resolve escalations that require code-level or system-level expertise</li><li>Provide consistent and comprehensive communication on system stability to senior stakeholders</li><li>Drive root cause analysis and system stability improvements to avoid reoccurrence of production issues; formulate and prioritize technical tasks to enhance system maintainability</li><li>Own and drive the streamlining of SL3 support processes</li><li>Be a subject matter expert in Single Sign landscape</li><li>Champion best practices for incident resolution, vulnerability remediation, security &amp; compliance</li></ul>Your skills and experiences<ul><li>Strong experience in developing solutions using Java</li><li>Several years of experience in production support of systems in a complex environment</li><li>Very good SQL and Unix knowledge.
