You’ll use your strong prioritization and communication skills to navigate the complexity of competing demands from recruiters and busy interviewer calendars all while ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates.</p> <ul> <li>Use our scheduling automation tool, GoodTime, to support the EMEA and APJ recruiters to schedule advance stage interviews.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for process improvement within the talent acquisition lifecycle.</li> <li>Maintain and ensure the accuracy of candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li> <li>Work on the integration and optimization of talent acquisition tools and systems.</li> <li>Enable the talent acquisition team on the use of tools and systems. </li> <li>Contribute to enhancing the candidate experience by implementing improvements in communication and engagement strategies.</li> <li>Support the team in coordinating recruitment events, webinars, and other talent-related activities.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you’ll need to be successful </strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 3 years experience in talent operations, talent acquisition, or a similar operations or support related role </li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making</li> <li>Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the business</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner</li> <li>Proficient in using ATS systems, HR software, and other talent-related tools. </li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Fluency in English. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What will make you stand out</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Experience using Greenhouse, Workday, GoodTime and BrightHire highly desirable with any configuration or implementation experience even better.</li> <li>Proficiency of another language, like French, would be an advantage.</li> </ul><div><div> </div> <div><strong>What are you waiting for!</strong></div> <div>At Dataiku, youll be part of a journey to shape the ever-evolving world of AI.
