<h3>Role Summary</h3> The Senior Software Engineer collaborates on a scalable, next-generation platform and brings experience with defining, implementing, and shipping software that delivers high-impact value to our customers. This role prioritizes writing clean and performant code and can work on front-end or back-end tasks. The Engineer helps resolve performance and scalability problems and develops functionality to allow investors to evaluate investment opportunities, complete an online investment transaction workflow, build a real estate portfolio, track investment performance, and chart returns. <h3>The Success Youll Build</h3> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and deliver production-quality code to support new features on our product roadmap</li> <li>Research new technologies and solutions</li> <li>Work with product management and partners to understand our requirements and provide accurate estimations</li> <li>Collaborate on our technology roadmap and turn visions into reality</li> <li>Document all code; share and communicate with others on the engineering team</li> <li>Provide technical guidance and mentoring to mid and junior-level engineers</li> </ul> <h3>The Experiences and Competencies Necessary for Success</h3> <ul> <li>8+ years experience as a software engineer building web APIs in .NET with recent experience in modern .NET (.NET Core and newer)</li> <li>8+ years experience building responsive web applications using React</li> <li>8+ years experience working directly with relational databases using Entity Framework</li> <li>Experience with git version control and associated tooling</li> <li>Experience writing and delivering secure, compliant, and scalable code</li> <li>Desire to mentor and educate team members</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Experience with Shadcn UI</li> <li>Experience with GraphQL APIs</li> <li>Experience building Blazor Web applications using MudBlazor</li> <li>Experience working in the real estate or financial industry.</li> <li>Expert knowledge of the Azure cloud and associated tooling</li> <li>Experience building containerized web applications</li> </ul>   <h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits Statement</h3> The estimated salary range for this position in Location is $140,000 - $180,000 per year.
