The ideal candidate will bring significant experience handling and advising internal stakeholders on a broad range of human resource and employment-related matters and contribute to proactive legal and strategic initiatives across the company.</div><h3>What you will do:</h3><ul><li>Review and draft employment-related agreements, including severance agreements, offer letters, policies, handbooks, and commission plans.</li><li>Partner with Human Resources to support a respectful, inclusive, and legally compliant workplace environment. Provide guidance on sensitive employee matters, including workplace conduct, equity, and safety.
