You will enable developer agility, scalability, and reliability across our global cloud environment through automation and cloud-native engineering practices. Your work will be foundational to Coupas continued success as we scale for the future.</div><div><br /></div><h3>What Youll Do: </h3><ul><li>Automate, deploy, and support network solutions in a massive-scale public cloud environment (AWS, Azure, and GCP).</li><li>Create and develop automation frameworks for multi-cloud architecture</li><li>Apply relevant programming experience.</li><li>Utilize your strong knowledge of networks and protocols.</li><li>Manage Linux-based servers.</li><li>Participate in design reviews and provide network support and leadership to the Engineering organization.</li><li>Champion a development mindset, focusing on managing network infrastructure as code, eliminating toil, and fostering a strong sense of accountability and service ownership.</li><li>Evaluate, implement, and support network performance, capacity, and availability monitoring tools.</li><li>Help to grow the global network function by onboarding new engineers.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest developments in network infrastructure, network with peers, and attend industry events.</li><li>Participate in an on-call rotation.</li><li>Occasional travel may be required to perform job functions.</li></ul><h3>What You Will Bring to Coupa: </h3><ul><li>A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 7+ years of professional experience, including some within an enterprise SaaS organization.</li><li>Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Ruby).</li><li>Development experience with Chef, Ansible, or equivalent configuration management tools.</li><li>Strong runbook automation experience using Rundeck or equivalent tools.</li><li>In-depth, hands-on experience deploying cloud network infrastructure using Terraform, CDK for Terraform, and CloudFormation, or extensive experience with Chef &amp; Ansible.</li><li>Experience deploying infrastructure as code using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions/Workflows, or equivalent).</li><li>Knowledge of Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DNS, BGP, and Cloud network constructs (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>Experience with the administration of Linux-based servers.</li><li>Confidence in owning and delivering projects and issues to resolution.</li><li>A passion for excellence, natural problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking, with a drive to understand and resolve complex issues.</li><li>A solid understanding of networking systems and protocols, particularly as they pertain to a public cloud environment.</li><li>A desire to work in a collaborative and supportive work environment.</li></ul><div>Coupa complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding equal opportunity and offers a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
