This position involves hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repair, and may include participation in an on-call rotation. This is a salaried role that is 100% onsite at one of our Data Center locations. <ul> <li>Maintain data center operations to ensure the availability and reliability of service levels</li> <li>Conduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs</li> <li>Root cause analysis of hardware and software failures</li> <li>Training of internal teams</li> <li>Development of documentation</li> <li>Provide technical support to data center teams</li> <li>Development of scripts to update server and networking hardware</li> <li>Maintain inventory</li> <li>Assemble and install equipment</li> <li>Perform maintenance of test and tool equipment</li> <li>Occasional travel to other data centers as needed</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>Computer Hardware experience (troubleshooting, assembling)</li> <li>Linux Operating System experience</li> <li>All physical requirements are expected with reasonable accommodations</li> <li>Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and/or work in elevated locations</li> <li>Ability to work in an environment that operates 24/7 with an ability to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed</li> <li>Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills</li> <li>Must be able to prioritize tasks and react quickly to issues</li> </ul> <h3>Education/Experience</h3> Hands-on OR education-based experience with any of the following areas: <ul> <li>Computer Hardware, including troubleshooting and repair skills experience</li> <li>Data Center experience</li> <li>Computer Networking experience</li> <li>Python, Bash, or other scripting languages experience</li> <li>Experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS</li> <li>An Associates Degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field</li> </ul> <h3>Why CoreWeave?</h3> At CoreWeave, we work hard, have fun, and move fast! The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $85,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
