You’ll manage critical operational workflows, assist in onboarding and client service and ensure consistent, timely, and thoughtful communication across all touchpoints.</p><p></p><h1><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h1><p></p><h2><strong>Client Onboarding &amp; Account Transfers</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Guide new clients through onboarding and ensure accurate setup of their dashboards.</p></li><li><p>Collect necessary documentation for account consolidation and transfers (primarily to Schwab).</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with our operations team to track transfer progress, ensure accurate cost basis transfer, and resolve issues swiftly.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Ongoing Client Relationship Management</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Monitor advisor-client touchpoints to ensure proactive quarterly check-ins.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a log of advisor interactions to flag any gaps in communication.</p></li><li><p>Own client requests end-to-end—anticipate needs, escalate when needed, and follow through on delivery.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Client Support &amp; Internal Communications</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Respond to inquiries via Intercom, shared inboxes, and feedback forms.</p></li><li><p>Triage internal issues or client-reported bugs, coordinate with relevant teams, and manage communications through resolution.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Meeting Preparation &amp; Follow-Up</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Prior to meetings: Review dashboards, equity, and flow tools for accuracy and functionality.</p></li><li><p>After meetings: Record notes in Salesforce, track follow-up tasks, and coordinate next steps with clients.</p></li><li><p>When prospects choose to move forward: Send agreements, collect documentation, initiate transfers, and support trading implementation in collaboration with the investment operations team.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Provide structured feedback to product, tax, and investment teams.</p></li><li><p>Triage and escalate recurring product issues; track resolutions and ensure proper documentation.</p></li><li><p>Consolidate and share client feedback to inform product roadmap development.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>About You</strong></h2><ul><li><p>You genuinely enjoy building relationships and delivering exceptional client service.</p></li><li><p>You’re resourceful—solving problems independently before escalating.</p></li><li><p>You communicate clearly and diplomatically across teams and with clients.</p></li><li><p>You’re known for your attention to detail and follow-through.</p></li><li><p>You’re adaptable and able to tailor your communication style to the audience.</p></li><li><p>You thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Working at Compound</strong></h2><p>At Compound, we prioritize your impact.
