This individual will be expected to take on responsibility at a rapid pace. The Sr. Financial Analyst will be part of a high-performing finance team and have significant opportunities for growth while supporting key G&amp;A functions.</p> <p>You will serve as a key partner to the business in delivering financial insights, supporting decision-making, and driving operational efficiencies. You will begin to build relationships with G&amp;A leaders and gain familiarity with our FP&amp;A tools and data sources.</p> <p>In your first 60 days, you will contribute to forecast updates, assist in improving modeling accuracy, and identify areas for process improvements.</p> <p>After 3 months, youll be fully embedded in the Corporate Finance function. You will be the go-to partner for G&amp;A leaders, and a key contributor to company-wide financial planning and forecasting efforts.</p> <h2><strong>You Have</strong></h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of professional experience in FP&amp;A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or a related field, ideally within the SaaS/technology sector</li> <li>Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, with proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets</li> <li>Experience with FP&amp;A tools such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or equivalent</li> <li>A strategic mindset with an ability to translate business questions into structured analysis and actionable insights</li> <li>Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders</li> <li>Experience working with G&amp;A functions (e.g., Legal, HR, IT) is a plus</li> <li>A self-starter attitude with high attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <h2><strong>The Team</strong></h2> <p><strong>Reporting to Allen Ao - Director, Corporate Finance</strong></p> <p>Allen is passionate about technology and innovation, At Cockroach Labs, he partners with business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making and supports the company’s mission to deliver world-class products to its customers. Salary is one component of the Cockroach Labs’ Total Rewards package, which also includes, for each employee: stock options, medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, life and disability insurance, funds towards professional development resources, flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays a year, 10 paid sick days a year, paid parental leave, a 401(k) plan, and wellbeing benefits.  </p> <p>We set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Actual salaries may vary and fall outside of this range depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, and competencies.
