The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the market, client needs, Brandwatch product and services, and a strong ability self-prospect leads. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with an ability for building partnerships and achieving sales targets.</div><h3>Key Responsibilities: </h3><ul><li>Client Acquisition  </li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities </li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients</li><li>Conduct demos, meetings, and negotiations to close and win deals </li><li>Sales Execution</li><li>Build a strong pipeline of potential clients to help generate leads and revenue</li><li>Analyze and understand client needs to propose relevant services and products</li><li>Meet and exceed quarterly targets </li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for assigned and self-prospected accounts </li><li>Research and Collaboration </li><li>Work closely with the Sales Development Representatives to build a prospecting strategy. </li><li>Conduct demos and be an expert of Brandwatch products and services to identified leads/clients in order to close a deal </li><li>Participate in team meetings and training sessions</li><li>Conduct market research to stay informed of industry news and understand social media landscape</li></ul><h3>Qualifications &amp; Competencies</h3><ul><li>3-5 years of proven sales success in an Account Executive or Sales Development role </li><li>Mid-market SaaS experience</li><li>Understanding of social media and/or digital marketing</li><li>Strong understanding of the sales cycle, principles, and customer service</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills </li><li>Ability to build rapport with clients and team members</li><li>Strong motivation to exceed sales targets</li><li>Coachable, proactive, and winning attitude </li></ul><div><i>For Individuals based in New York Brandwatch is required to disclose a compensation range for this role.</i></div><div><i>The range of $100,000 - $150,000 is specific to New York and includes base salary and on-target commission earnings.
