Learn more at <a href="http://get-carrot.com">get-carrot.com</a>.</div>The Role:  Carrot is seeking a Manager, Revenue Accounting who will oversee all aspects of revenue recognition, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, as well as be a key contributor in the other key aspects of the revenue process, including contracting, revenue analytics, invoicing, and forecasting.  The Team:  This role is critical to ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Sales, Operations, Legal, Financial Planning and Analysis, and IT. Minimum Qualifications:  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.</li> <li>5+ years of relevant experience in revenue accounting, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul> <li>In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606</li> <li>Proficiency with NetSuite</li> <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.</li> </ul>   Compensation:  Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package.
