You’ll help define how AI is used across the company and build a legacy of meaningful, high-leverage impact. <h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Launch and lead a nimble, high-leverage AI Solutions team with a mandate to deliver immediate business value.</li> <li>Turn vision into reality by identifying, prioritizing, and executing on high-impact AI use cases that save time, reduce friction, and improve decision-making.</li> <li>Prototype and deliver solutions using modern AI platforms and tooling (e.g. LangChain, ADK, OpenAI, Claude, vector DBs, agents, RAG pipelines).</li> <li>Drive adoption through strong internal partnerships, training, change management, and clear storytelling about AIs value.</li> <li>Act as a translator between executives, operators, and technical teams by bridging strategy with implementation.</li> <li>Establish the operating model for AI adoption across the company: playbooks, tooling, KPIs, and governance.Partner with executives and team leads to uncover AI opportunities within existing workflows and operations.</li> <li>Partner closely with data teams to ensure reliable pipelines and high-quality inputs for AI solutions.</li> <li>Rapidly prototype and deploy tools, ranging from custom copilots and process automations to internal agents and knowledge assistants.</li> <li>Maintain a backlog of prioritized AI initiatives and track performance through clear KPIs and business outcomes.</li> <li>Build out an AI Solutions team to drive transformation at a rapidly growing company.</li> <li>Lead workshops, office hours, and enablement sessions to build organizational fluency and confidence in AI adoption.</li> <li>Stay current on AI trends and tools and pragmatically evaluate what’s worth piloting or scaling.</li> <li>Build the connective tissue between your team, internal stakeholders, and external AI vendors or partners.</li> <li>Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and other teams to ensure responsible, secure, and compliant AI deployments.</li> </ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul> <li>Proven success as a technical individual contributor (e.g., engineering, ML, data science) with deep hands-on experience building software or automation tools.</li> <li>Familiarity with modern AI tooling and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, Claude, GPTs, vector DBs, agents, RAG, prompt engineering).</li> <li>Track record of independently scoping and delivering impactful technical solutions in ambiguous or cross-functional environments.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You can credibly engage with executives and frontline ICs alike.</li> <li>Strategic, analytical mindset.
